  5. COMMAND TYPE: Internal                  VERSION: 2.0 and up

  7. USE: TIME [hh:mm[:ss[.xx]]]
  8.  
  9. hh  specifies the hours using 24 hour time format (0 to 23).
  10. mm  specifies minutes.  (0 to 59)
  11. ss  specifies seconds.  (0 to 59)
  12. xx  specifies hundredths of a second. (0 to 99) This is optional
  13.  
  14. TIME entered with no parameters will display the current time and give
  15. you the option to either change the time or leave it as it is.

  17. EXAMPLE: TIME 15:20
  18. sets the time to 3:15
